I've had young soldiers or airmen tell me they were thinking about the TSA as a "stepping stone" into law enforcement.  The look on their faces as I burst into laughter was priceless.

Much like the Hitler Youth was a stepping stone into the SS.

Neither the Hitler Youth nor the SS ever had a formal program of systematically molesting children though.
