he narrowly avoided domestic violence charges when he beat up madonna ... he also got away with shooting at a helicopter that had papparazzi in it around the same time.

He lives in Marin County and has a CCW, he is probably all for gun control though-just not for him, but for us.

Well, look at it this way- maybe his girlfriend trusts him more with a statue, than with guns.
