Anyone who thinks Obama has changed his position on guns is naive.  You can't have a leftist revolution with an armed opposition.

And Obama has another problem.  He can't get clear on the Second Amendment because the real issue with RKBA takes us to uncomfortable cultural issues that no one wants to touch.

The masses would just shoot themselves or each other, they can't be trusted with guns. Or worse, they might shoot at the elites, not realizing that the elites have all their best interests in mind.

It seems all who have voted on the second one didn't do so because of waiting periods, but more on things to make sure insane people or some sort of history of violence don't get there hands on them. I voted for the first one, Smiley
