Called Loco Rollers.
They're rolled tortilla chips, essentially copies of Taquitos.
Flavors of Chili Lime and Habanero Lime.
I picked up a bag of the chili lime to try, and based on the crunchy napalm inside, I will NOT be trying the habanero flavor...
Jesus wept these things are hot!

There's some in this area (Houston) like that called Takis. They're OK.
If you want some HOT chips, try these: https://shop.paqui.com/haunted-ghost-pepper-7-oz/p/paq-002621&c=paqui@tortillachips

I've had those before! My daughter sent me a bag a couple of years ago. They are freakin' hot. And they taste pretty good, which some superhot foods don't.

Yes, we have the Takis brand up here, too.
They have more options than just face blistering hot.

I looked up Paqui on Amazon. One of the reviewers of the Haunted Ghost Pepper chips:
"They are hot. Im not saying they aren't. But the burn is not unbearable and goes away in about 10 mins. "
=D "... 10 mins ..."

I tried the Habanero version with my lunch this afternoon.
Not nearly as hot as the chili ones, nor as tasty.

My local grocery store has the Haunted Ghost Pepper chips. I bought a few of the little snack bags.
Really good flavor, and ... very hot. Sometimes spicy food will make my nose run, in this case, it made my eyes tear. The heat is more of an after burn, and it builds up in the back of the throat with repeated chips. But I've already had three bags, they're addicting.

The chili ones had a pretty immediate front-of-the mouth burn, but the Habanero ones were like the Ghost Pepper ones you're talking about, a build up and after burn.
