Similarly, if Sikhs get to carry a knife around their neck in school because of their religion, then I should get to carry a knife around my neck in school

It is terrible that the government (or any other entity) would force the Schechters to run their business in any way that they don't want to, just the same as the government forcing

people to run their businesses in ways they don't want to is terrible. Unfortunately for atheists or people from small religions, 'because I feel like it' doesn't make a politically legitimate supreme court case.
