It is much more powerful to seek Truth for one's self.  Seeing and hearing that others seem to have found it can be a motivation.  With me, I was drawn because of much error and bad judgment on my part. Confronting one's own errors and bad judgment is a very life altering situation.  Confronting the errors and bad judgment of others is usually hypocrisy.

Well, according to this (linked in the article), she's currently suspended without pay and expected to be fired.

That's heartening, if true.

A) Most schools have strict policies about public behavior in any situation where you can be identified as a teacher for their district.
B) Given her statements, it's rather hard to believe she will be objective with students placed in her care. 
C) An English teacher should have a vocabulary better than the graffiti on the junior high toilet stalls.

Unless they're affirmative action hires like the freshman English teacher I had in high school who said on the first day roughly "Ah teaches English and ah is a gunna learn alla youse ta read and write bettah dis year"
