Of course. He works for FOX don't he? I think he may have been joking. I hate FOX also but I find Napolitano to be quite...refreshing. I've read two of his books. The Constitution in Exile and A Nation of Sheep and both would make Bill O'Rielly and Sean Hannity cringe. He considers this so called war on terror a joke and only serving to make more enemies and further strip us of our freedoms. So he gets points for that.

Anybody who is too conservative and Constitutional to be nominated by Clinton or Bush for a federal judge's post is more than OK in my book....
