I've never understood why people go through so much trouble with other hosting options.

You browse to the image, click it, and it's hosted.

You must use a hosting site such as the one posted above or www.shutterfly.com or www.photobucket.com

After you upload your pictures on one of them servers you can open the picture up on their website, right click and go to properties.  Copy the URL and then click on the image tag above.  Past the URL between the [img]   [img] and your good to go.

I've never heard of Shutterfly, but Photbucket is terrible.
I've been using ImageShack for many years, and the first images I uploaded are still there.

I've never had any problem with photobucket.  The only thing that annoys me about it is their continual tweaking of the interface.
