There is nothing new in this interview that people on this board wouldn't already know. But I thought you might enjoy the video from the libertarian "reason" group.

He also confirms something that been argued about here and on THR; if they win the SC case -> then they will work on state incorporation doctrine of the 14th (or 16th?) amendment.

Interesting.  I wonder when the ruling for Heller will be announced - should be any day now, right?.
