Interesting you should ask. There is something wrong, in fact. I've also had the feeling that I've been much nicer online in recent months, while becoming a big, useless jerk in other areas of life.
C'mon, fess up...it's because you miss The Cat, right? 
But seriously, I hope whatever's wrong isn't serious and will soon be rectified.
