Apparently it was done as an ad campaign for a TV station in Malaysia that was trying to attract attention to "nonstop action" movies and shows.

I am visiting DC and would love to drive by the White house with that on the back of my SAAB.... Where can I get some.
I doubt you're gonna move fast enough in DC to get them to ride low. Stupid effing traffic...
