Title: Local CVS robbed - 100+ bottles of Viagra stolen

Miami (Staff Reporter) - Early Friday morning, at around 2:13 AM, a man stole over one-hundred bottles of Sildenafil Citrate, commonly sold under the brand names Viagra and Revatio from a South Miami CVS.  After reviewing security footage, police have identified the man as 33 year old Richard Bender of Homestead.  A police spokesman declined to answer questions, however did explain that this is the second time Bender has stolen the erectile-dysfunction drug from a local pharmacy and that Bender is known to be a "hardened criminal."

Trial was dismissed....not enough evidence....wouldn't stand up in court....

Police chief: "It's really upsetting to see this guy go loose.  As officers we work hard to take down those who commit crimes.  When they get off the hook like this because of a technicality it just feels like we're getting the shaft.  Frankly, it's nuts."

Funnily enough I wouldn't be surprised if this DID happen in homestead, or anywhere else in South Florida for that matter.
