My buddy and I are the smartest people his girlfriend knows (yes, she needs to get out more). Out of (false) modesty I often talk about not being smart in and of myself but rather that I run with a pretty smart crowd. She decided to take me up on it.
She owns a big tire business here in town and is looking to make medallions to honor employees, she'd like them to have the following four words in Latin.
I, of course, only know a few Latin tags.
So, help me out and maintain our (my) reputation.
We are creating an honorary medal to recognize employees who possess the following qualities; however, we would like the words to be represented in Latin. Would you please help with translation? We are looking for the closest one word translation possible.
Integrity
Loyalty
Selflessness
Leadership
She knows about online translators but wants to make sure the tenses and such are correct, no "Romanes eunt domus" problems.

Integrity = Bonitas
Loyalty = Fides
Selflessness = no direct analog. For "service," one of these might be suitable: Benefactum, Munus, Officium (Officium seems best)
Leadership = Ducatus, or maybe Principatus

There's no translation for Selflessness. I'd suggest sacrifice: Sacrificum (easy cognate, too)
Leadership is another difficult one. Gubernatio is a little more official, I'd go with imperium. Power to command.

Fidelitas
Sacrificium
Imperium
Intergrity, Faithfulness, Sacrifice, Power
I'll see what can be done about "leadership" to come closer. However, I like the symmetry of two third declension nouns and two second declension nouns.

Why not just use the English words?
My diploma is 100% in Latin except for my name and I had to get a translation of it for one job.

OK, but it just sounds pretentious, like today is Aprilis XXVII, MMX.

That latin is classy!
Just make sure the typography is bold uppercase case you know important stuff is ALWAYS bold & uppercase
and use a real flourishy font too, I recommend Zaph Chancery.
Nothing looks finer than a word set in all caps Zaph Chancery.
And maybe have bibendum doing the macarena on it

Auctoritas: authority, clout, ability to rally support
(as an added bonus it is yet another third declension noun.)
