Heck with the death test.
I've decided, with G-d's will, to live to 120. And if I die sooner, so call me pisher (Yiddish for p!isser).

I'll die in early 2053 when my heart vapor locks. No big suprise here.
-
Feb of 2036 at the age of 81 from Cancer.
-
2049 at the age of 84. Sounds good to me. That's 44 years from now. I can do alot between now and then.
Wonder how shooting a gun and owning a gun factors in to the total deal?
Only thing that would ruin my life now is if the other gun quit firing:(
-
I hate those things and do them anyway. I feel like I'm practically filling out a file for big brother. How does paranoia factor in?
I'm dying at 84 from cancer in 2066. Not a bad run. Wouldn't want to be 90 anyway. It's the pipe smoking and stress/lack of sleep that's gonna get me I guess.
I'm wondering, too, how gun ownership factored things in. Longevity by self-preservation?

Who's got time to die?

In a perfect world, just short of 100, shot by some twentysomething's jealous husband.
Regards,
Rabbit.

While riding my bicycle. Ya beat me to it.
I first heard that little bon mot in 1979/1980 from the Rev Wm Sloan Coffin in a talk at Columbia U.

Long enough to make EVERYONE mad.
I'm not going until I make Chief Justice and hold that the entire federal government is unconstitutional, then I'll do a cartwheel into the grave.

Long enough to make EVERYONE mad.
So...any day now, eh???

Age 84 of cancer. I'm the third one here so far.

January 2050.Heart attack.80.1 years.
Hmmmm.Last time I took one of these I was only going to make it to 63.?
-
age 78.5 of cancer... I wonder if this will change with the news that fatty foods aren't that bad for you as they have said.

84, from a heart attack. I can live with that. Err... die with that.
Are the gun questions a positive or negative?
-
"Death is a debt I am not yet willing to pay."
That said, per the linked site, I'd last until 2039, dying of cancer at around age 75. In a perfect world, that would be long enough for me to transferred or copied onto a more durable substrate.

Hmmmm... I wonder whether we'd be able to cope with, say, fifty thousand years of life if we had that choice? Even the last fifty have seen a lot of changes.

How long will I live?
Nowhere near as long as my wife.
Or so the statistics say...

You can all put away your fears of the grim reaper.
Per that website I'm going to live to be 78.5 and die from a heart attack, and it told me that I'm in better health than the average male my age, and have "good to excelllent" health habits.
I swallow 17 pills a day, have had 2 heart attacks, 2 bypasses, and now sport a pacemaker/defibrilator. I cannot walk 200 feet without becoming completely winded, and cannot walk and carry on a conversation at the same time.
I stay up late, and only get an average of 6 hours sleep per night. I hang out in "shady" places with disreputable people. I try to shoot twice a week, but sometimes end up at the range more often.
I would be a "meat & potatoes" man except I do not bother eating the potatoes, or any veggies. I like chocolate & ice cream (together when possible). I used to drink sparingly, but now that I can afford good Scotch I have a wee dram or two daily, plus one at night.
If I live the 26 more years they say I will, there will be a lot of doctors who are more surprised than I am.
Besides, I'm having too much fun, in spite of myself and my condition, to worry about "old age." I'll probably fall to my death, either from a bedroom window or from laughing too hard.
stay safe.

2053. Cancer at age 83.
-
I'm going to live *just* long enough to make it to the scene of the accident.
-
The test said death at age 26 of "wounds".
-
Ten thousand, five hundred and seven more days.
I die in November, 2034 of a heart attack.
-
"How often do you fly?"
Well, I guess I'm screwed unless high atmosphere radiation is good for me.

Surprise: May 2048, age 77
No Surprise: Cancer
Of course, they claim I have more health and vitality than the average man, so I know it's hooey. That near-term heart attack is a lot more plausible.

Are you telling me everything on the Errornet isn't true? Say it ain't so!
Actually, I wouldn't do that test. I won't fill out that much info.
Aw heck, I went back. I'm going to die in January 2054 of cancer. Of course, I have more health and vitality than the average man too.
Useless test. I didn't fill in one single box, or check off one single option.[/u] And it still gave me a result, supposedly based upon their research.
But BTW, if you noticed, that's a dating site anyway, and the whole thing is probably pretty much a joke.

Jan of 67, at 81 of a heart attack.
I could see the gun questions going either way, although they seemed quite out of place.

Another 20 years, at age 91. From cancer? I've already done that!
I'm stuck with you clowns for another 20 years? Sheesh! :D:D Oleg! I want out!

84.3 of a heart attack.
I wonder how much the fact that I'm adopted and don't know a thing about my family health history skews this survey. There was no way to check "I don't know". I also wonder what re-doing it without the motorcycle and guns would do to the forecast.
Kind of depressing to see that I've lived 42% of my life on the night before my 35th birthday. I was already bummed think that I'm single again and don't have any kids yet.

Art just re-defines some old saws.
"Live long enough to be burden to your forum members".
"Sweet Revenge is outliving your forum members"
Hey Art,
In 20 years I will be your age , 71. This forum stuff is sure going to get interesting - huh?
You figure by then we will know the best gun for bears?

-
2037, age 81, heart attack.
Hmmm, 31 years left; I better get busy. Still haven't decided what I want to be when I grow up.

Dr. Amazon, just go on and live your life. Never forget, "Today is the first day of the rest of your life." I have one son, but likely no grandkids. Parents are gone. No brothers, sisters or aunts/uncles. What cousins I have are quite distant. I guess 3rd-cousin is about as close as it gets, and no real mutual interests. But, and it's an important "but", I have quite a few real friends, and a ton of friendly acquaintances. Works for me...
Steve, I'll bet somebody sez, "Buckshot!" :D:D
garyk, I didn't grow up; I just got bigger.

Thanks Art. The day actually went quite well, and the "birthday eve funk" lifted by morning.

Actually, I'm writing to you now from the Afterlife. I've met some fine souls here, and the bagel and lox are outstanding!

I have 36 years to go. But I did think the 'gun' grap was bull.

August 2045 at age 87.2 I can live with that...
