"Jeanne Beardsley, a social worker who has worked with Smith and his victims, said it's unlikely he will commit similar crimes."
"As for the law that requires electronic monitoring, Beardsley said: "I don't believe treatment people were consulted."
I'm very sorry, but I'm going to swear....
What kind of *expletive deleted*ing retarded moronic bleeding heart liberal puke bitch is this?
DAMN IT!
Swear all you want, I do all the time at the Iowa Governor and the State Human Services. The Human Services arena has grown considerably under the Governor's two terms and a lot of those bleeding heart liberal save the world with hugs social workers got hired. I'm not sure if sexual offenders are getting more press, there are more acts being reported or more acts being committed but it seems like since Human Services personal increased there has been a lot more violent sexual offenses to minors.
I guess it also could be the proliferation of the Internet and the usage of that tool to lure in more minors by the predators.
One thing good is that the state legislature is considering a bill to have the death penalty for violent sexual predators of children, kidnappers and so forth in that area. I'm against the death penalty but I am happy to see that drastic change is beginning to appear that these people are one of the worse kind of criminal. I'm in favor of castration, lobotomies and removal of genitalia (both male and female offenders).
