Chris Wallace and Fox News have sued Robin Carnahan for using clips of Wallace's show in a campaign ad.

We're dealing with the exact same thing here in Wisconsin with Feingold using a local news channels broadcast footage without their consent.
And even after the news channel blasted him for doing it, he's still using the same ad.
I'm waiting/hoping that they will sue him, and make him look even more like a petulant child.

Fox should have sold the copyright for that bit of tape to Righthaven.
