Title: any one have any experience on myspace? I have a cyber stalker &
Post by: gunsmith on March 17, 2006, 01:12:27 AM
I would love to find out who they are / where they live.

I started a minute man group on myspace, basicaly a place where
people in myspace who believe that the border should be secure
could discuss, it's really not racist at all yet
a insane stalker insist it is and has been causeing trouble for a long time.
myspace must be owned by an uber lib because if it was a conservative
doing this they would remove the profile quickly...

any one have any experience in this area?...thanks!

Myspace.com won't give you the user's IP address?  Have you spoken to someone there?  If they won't help you (read: refuse to help you), call your local authorites and ask for some guidance.  You may be directed toward the FBI.  If this is non-threatening in nature, you may be SOL.

you put a minuteman group up on myspace?

what good did you expect to come of this?

did you poke at Hornet's nests as a wee lad?

In what way is this guy "stalking" you? Or is he simply being obnoxious?

http://groups.myspace.com/Border

myspace can be fun, I'm in a number of conservative groups.

my border group has been forced into in activity due to hackers, what they do is
create fake profiles, then, using html code (or maybe other code)
they make invisible post and take up huge amounts of space...

I created a group to experiment with html and other stuff to get rid of them
and they all joined!
http://groups.myspace.com/testfunction
the moderater is me and the rest of the profiles are the hackers....

Myspace is owned by Rupert Murdoch. There is a lot of news coverage on it right now because it is part of a long-range covert plan to censor the current Internet out of existance...allegedly to protect youthful users but really to protect world governments.

The long-term objective is to get the users to beg for censorship on Myspace. Then, when it is fully regulated, it will become "Internet II" while "Internet I", the one we are on now, will be phased out with unreliability and crashes. Voila, the real free Internet, the one that is a threat to the state, is gone and we have the safe censored Internet with no privacy, anonymity, dissent, porn, stalkers, etc.

I'm on a couple of MySpace groups where they screen people that want to join.  A WWII group had some problems with the wrong people joining, so the moderator made people apply to join and then he could select or reject them.  Sounds like something your group could use!

Sounds to me that your problem is that you have a hard time dealing with people who annoy you and want someone to swoop down to your rescue. Myspace doesnt care that you are being annoyed, if you cant take it, the internet isnt for you.

You could also just screen memberships and avoid the whole problem.

IT'S TO LATE TO SCREEN THEM AS THEY ARE ALL READY IN THE GROUP...oop's cap lock.

I am not asking your opinion, what part of "please don't hijack my thread" didn't you understand?

I have never ever hijacked any of your threads, you do start threads don't you?
if you like hijacking threads then fine (I guess) some people on the internet simply
live to annoy people, whats that name for people who's only goal in life is to
annoy people on the internet?...oh gee whiz it's on the tip of my tounge...
hijacker?.....no...thats not it, ooooh! what is the name for people who like to annoy people
Huh?..oh yeah ...troll! thats it your trolling me! oh I get it now...whew.
I hate when I forget things, ok  C_Y go ahead and troll away. and thanks alot for all your help.
everybaody needs alittle help once in a while and if I can help you out in a similar
way please be assured I will.......

myspace isn't owned by fox or murdoch, that is one of those internet legends.

I get what your trying to say mercedez rule , you are aying the hackers and spammers are part of an illumiati plot to censure the world wide web , yep getting myspace users to obey the terms of agreement they said they would when they signed up will lead to intenet fascism, so we should all lay down and embrace spammers and hackers because if we don't then the terrorist win.

black burn "You can remove people from the group."...I wish it was that simple.
using code they have joined but are invisible.

look here    http://groups.myspace.com/BillWilsonandco   this was a group I created for members of AA
other then the mod (me) they're  3 other members....can you see them?

I deleted all the members because as a moderator I can see that they're there.
when I go to the page for mygroups I have to scroll down for a half an hour to get to any of my groups.

un fortuately (or fortunately) I wont use the PC this week as I have to go to my job out in the desert.
I have a phone nuber for myspace and I will call them next week

The part where it says that you are in charge, I seem to have missed that.

You posted this in the wrong place if you dont want to hear opinions. you might try posting it quiety in some place that is not on the internet, that way noone will read it or feel the need to comment. Since you couldnt see through the inference of my post let me spell it out for you; the solution is to grow a thicker skin and weed out the baddies as they present themselves.

It has bought Intermix Media, owner of Myspace.com, the fifth most-viewed internet domain in the US and owner of other sites for $580m (£332.85m)."

My skin is as thick as God intended it to be C_Y, however it does not seem to be as thick as your skull.

I didn't claim to be in charge of anything, I said please do not hijack my thread....I said please do not hijack my thread, once again (just to be clear because you do not seem to be catching on) please do not hijack my thread.
it's really, really simple.  please do not hijack my thread! that is all I ask of you. I am not trying to change your mind in any way, I have no desire to debate you, I am not interested in your opinions. I have a problem and I'm trying to resolve it. your opinion has been noted...thank you...now ,please ,do not hijack my thread.
