To me, she seems to be enjoying herself. Like in the way she's bouncing her head back and forth during the rythymic part. I'm just not seeing a robot here.

yup i've seen lil ones find some one thing and devote themselves to it. especially if they get praise /attention/rewarded for it.Right. As with North Korea's other cultural achievements, I'm certain this one was accomplished purely through positive reinforcement and the exceptional freedom to choose one's own destiny.
