Saw on the news tonight a film clip of the octopuses walking  on the bottom of the ocean using bipedal-like motion. Ninja-esque indeed!

Imagine an octopus could shoot 6 pistols at once, 7 if it worked on its balance!

Bah!! You got that whole opposable thumb problem, Tejon. They could probably get away with using three guns though, if they used three of their appendages in place of the opposable thumb.

As for what is the animal most like the "mall ninja"? I'm not sure, but I think it's the crow:

He just hasn't got around to mounting a flashlight or aimpoint on that stick yet...

You might ask Skunkabilly about that one.

If you think crows are bright, you should see the studies they've done on ravens.Uncannily smart.

Go get some chamomile tea, HA!! That's a good one...

Yeah, I believe ya. Crows, ravens, they can't be that much different can they? I saw them down south when I used to travel. Other than being larger, and having that demonic sounding "Kraakk" what's the difference?

You, sir, need to watch more cartoons.  An octopus can wrap a tentacle all the way around the grip several times, and then work the trigger with the end.
