BELLEVUE, Washington -- A fire that engulfed a van in Bellevue on Wednesday was caused by the passengers filling up the van with gas while it was being driving, Bellevue police investigators said.

Step one:
She said they didn't have a gas can, so they filled an open bucket with two gallons of gas and put it in the van.
Step two:
The passengers used a water bottle to transfer gas from the bucket directly into the carburetor in order to keep the engine running.
Step three:
The van became fully engulfed in flames and started rolling backward
Step four: ?????
Step five: profit!

"Humanoids"... I like that. It's descriptive somehow.
Declaring people un-persons or "less" somehow is a dangerous slippery slope, but damn if some people don't work at putting themselves there.

When I catch myself on fire, and it has happened, I put myself out and go right back to brazing, cutting, welding or what ever it was I was doing.
It hasn't been from pouring gas down a carb in many years. ;)

I've done that as well while welding or using a cutting torch. Didn't go near gasoline.
I once got doused with gasoline when a gas pump's pressure switch didn't stop the gas from flowing into my tank. I didn't go near any electrical parts or light a cigarette until I'd changed clothes.

Funny, I was talking to a friend about dousing the bed with alcohol and setting it on fire as a cure for bedbugs. Including yourself in the burning part was not mentioned.
