A madman who is running for president. Not a joke. He has created 80-page reports that he sends in to the FEC every quarter, detailing a few hundred bucks for office repairs alongside multiple 900 million dollar congressional investigations.
And the FEC doesn't seem to bat an eye. :laugh:
