Title: Is this really necessary?
Post by: griz on August 19, 2011, 01:52:25 PM: OK, I know that my taste are more old fashioned than most, but is there really so much demand for tactical gizmos that we need to put quad rails on a SxS shotgun? I’ll bet somebody could make a fortune selling rail mount rear view mirrors so you can “check six” with one eye while the other co-witnesses the target.

Yes, it had Picatinny rails on it, and an AR-style stock and grip.

The single trigger I'm not too keen on, as that is the main issue with my (one and only shotgun, legacy) AYA Matador. Every n-th time, pull one trigger, both barrels go boom. Stout recoil.

Maybe just put a scope over each barrel. That way you can individually sight in each barrel. =D

Extractors are CAS legal. Ejectors are not, which is what I think you meant to say.

I am guessing the difference is whether or not the spent hull flies out of the gun?

Yep. Extractors slide the shell a bit out of the chamber. Ejectors shoot them into your face.
