I suspect these people have issues in their lives more serious than the tattoos and piercings, but looking like a walking junkyard probably doesn't help.

Some of these disfigurements remind me of what was done to the women in some African tribes . . .
Thing is, the custom of disfigurement was deliberately started to make the womenfolk UGLY, so Somali slavers wouldn't be so eager to steal them away.

As for the one I posted, he works as a one man freak show, and last I heard he's on the road most of the year. Not a life I'd want though...

Estimate 1 month, atleast, for the initial hole to heal up properly, then you can stretch at 1mm per month IIRC.

Just take all that crap off and he looks funny. His nose looks real deformed unless that is photo shopped. I've seen guys with scraps of skin hanging off their ears with hoop earrings left out.
