Title: why does Seattle hate superheros ?

 A fearless superhero ( I'm not sure what his super powers are, staying out of jail isn't one ) was arrested for pepper spraying perpetrators posing threats while committing misdemeanors.

ohhh, that story, I thought maybe it was about the time Superman used the Space Needle to plug a volcano.
