Was watching a documentary type show about Gears of War a little while ago. During a brief scene about what the dev team does for fun, amongst the standard fare, office Nerf wars, basketball, etc. they casually mentioned shootin'. Showed a few seconds of footage of several devs shooting at an indoor range, including at least one very un-PC rifle. Nice to see the creators of some of the most popular games and tech in the game industry are our kind of folk!
