If there are, you might wanna start doing some rope shopping, or at least stock up on your supply of tar and feathers. Dallas City Council threatens to remove judges if they don't produce more revenue. I generally feel bad explaining to folks that the most common level of law and order they are likely to interact with isn't about justice or fair play, its just 'secret taxes.'
