When cheating gets easier, more people hospitals cheat.

Another reason not to like electronic medical records. It seems they increase the cost (to the government and insurance companies, at least) of health care rather than lowering it by making it easy for hospitals to "clone" test results from one patient's records to another's. Now who would have expected that?
