Back in the day, I was prosecuting a burglary case where the bad guy was caught, and all of the stolen property was found in the guy's garage. Lots of electronics and gear. Included was a large collection of DVD's. The victim had listed many of the films found...boxed sets and such. When he came to ID the property, he claimed that the rather extensive collection of p0rn wasn't his, even though it was in the same cabinet the guy had listed as stolen, with all of his other films in teh same cabinet. He also denied any of the toys found mixed with his belongings.

Yep, finding the perpetrator of this heinous crime will definitely be a tough nut to crack!

It remains to be seen whether he will successfully pull off this heist, or be caught with his pants down.

Company I used to work for had a dumpster in the back lot. It was frequented by non employees very often. One day I went to chuck some stuff and I look in the dumpster and see a ton(literally) of old porn mags. I pull one out and sure enough mailing label was still on it.
Called the police the gave him a ticket for dumping, I'm sure they got a few good laughs also.
The dumping was getting really bad for a while. I started leaving a fork lift parked in front of it with the forks holding the lids down. Then they would just heave it on the ground. Finally moved it near the front of the building visible to the road and it tapered off.
