Gov. Cuomo says "...there’s no reason not to make a change like that, to give an industry comfort, especially when it’s an industry that we want doing business in the state."

As opposed to the firearms industry, a business that's been here for two centuries.  ???

So the law doesn't apply equally to everyone?

If only there was some kind of guarantee on equal protection under the law!  :P
