I doubt the federales would block his IP.  So why would a commercial firm go to he trouble of messing with him?  Still no word of visit from friendly three letter agencies.

Riiight.  Like the customer I had this week who was just sure his upstairs neighbor was listening to him ("with the ear things like doctors use.  There!  You hear that?!" (vague rustling from upstairs)) and spying on him through his computer.

I wonder if this guy exists at all.
