Title: Power outage in Manhattan?

What's going on in Manhattan? Seems they've been without power since at least the end of last meek...but I see news articles describing 9-day outage in Queens earlier, along with others. Does anyone know?

Last I heard there was a big fire in one of the underground conduits for manhattan that took out a good portion of the island. Not up on the Queens story though.
