Behold the power of democracy!
They made a law outlawing internet cafes, because they could be gambling halls, too broad. I think even accepting their intent, the intent was too broad to begin with. Outlawing internet cafes because they could be used to gamble... Yet more laws passed with the notion that over broad is ok as we trust the gov's discretion of enforcement. What we are all doing is technically illegal, but its ok, the police won't bother me because I'm not a criminal. Giant face palm and the obligatory Randian Quote on the subject.
