Title: New Galaxy S3

Blackberry finally crapped out so my new work phone is an S3 Galaxy. Any good guides to streamlining it to minimize (or eliminate if possible) all the crapware/bloatware that's pre-installed? Assuming here I don't want to root it and risk bricking what isn't my property.
