Title: Connor MacLeod of the Clan MacLeod
Post by: Ben on September 12, 2013, 03:31:21 PM
Man claims to be 160 years old. My guess is, that coming from an "oral society" he became adept at memorizing oral history and is likely repeating, in intricate detail, something told to him a long time ago. It would be interesting though, if he could be scientifically validated to be if not 160, older than the next oldest living human at 115. If people start living to 120+ sooner rather than later, global population dynamics are going to get interesting.

Cut him in half and count the rings, it's the only way to know for sure.

Kind of harsh.  Can't we take a nice core sample instead?

If he's really that old there ought to be plenty of great-great-great-grandkids that they trace him through.  And some 80 year old villagers that remember him yelling at them to get off his lawn way back when.
