Whether it makes me a bad guy or not, I have to agree with the fancruftdescription.
Oleg's a wonderful guy, and has done untold wonders for the gunowning community and 2nd Amendment issues.
Putting him on the Wikipedia pedestal as an icon for all is a bit much, IMHO.
Gewehr, shh! You might make him mad and then there will be famine....
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oleg_VolkOK, fixed.
I think it is more than just "fancruft." Oleg has made serious contributions in both artistic work and in advocacy work. Yeah, I doubt he'll get the Nobel Prize for it but what the hey.
What? No links to his photography sites or his RKBA site?
No fancruft for you!!!
(...reading definition for fancruft for first time.....)
Oh, sorry. I thought fancruft was a tasty pastry....
And what it points to is:00:02, 9 September 2006 Lucky 6.9 (Talk | contribs) deleted "Oleg Volk" (Seemingly nn bio)
From context, "nn" might mean non-notable. In which case it's an unsupported value judgment on the part of this "Lucky 6.9" individual.
Furthermore, I see several notability threshold criteria that Oleg passes with ease.

I for one am less than happy over Mr. Lucky 6.9's summary execution of Rabbi's article.
I guess I'm not familiar enough with Wiki's policy and procedure to know whether this action is acceptable, or can be questioned/remedied/corrected by educating the asshat.
Anyone? Anyone?
I took a look at his profile. Seems that he likes deleting things.
