She's accused of stealing funds (our taxes) from some do-gooder .org in Billings.

There's speculation that the Oregon health exchange director might just do the perp walk, too, for defrauding the feds.  Some state congresscritters referred the case to the FBI, and considering just how embarrassing the whole mess is, they might just decide to prosecute it.

Last I heard the California Heathcare Exchange head was in a wee bit of hot water as well.
