Pro tip: Whenever the .gov declares "It's working, it's time to move on." That means it is NOT working and needs to be fully re-examined/evaluated.
Ala Oregon, where the entire $134 million dollar system is being scrapped and all 242K people (only 70K signed up for private insurance, the other 172K for Medicaid*) are being punted onto the Federal website. Which only barely "works" better in that you can actually be "signed up".

*Yeah, those numbers won't drive up healthcare costs.....

HHS announces that ObamaCare marketplace enrollment topped 8-million during October 1-April 19 sign-up period . 8,019,763 to be exact.
But can't tell us how many have actually paid "until later this year." I'll take mid-November for $500, Alex.
