Title: Yes, gun-related: Nomination for best commercial I've seen in years
Post by: 230RN on May 22, 2014, 06:46:16 PM
Saw this on TV, laughed like hell, went to website to see if I could capture a URL for the video, and it popped right up on their home page:

http://ww2.flexshot.com/?rtag=tryflexshot&redirectto=ww2.flexshot.com

Hope the link works for you.

I've always wanted a cannon. ;)

I like the screen door boat better though.

I've seen that commercial on TV, but without the cannon portion.

It's Jamis; everybody knows that . . . .

It would have been interesting to see a cannon ball fired at the boat after flexshot was applied.

So, for 90% of the stuff they seem to be advertising this $10 per can goo for, a $1.99 tube of caulk would work just as well and probably give double the coverage.  Honestly, unless you're on Gilligan's Island, the need for a sealant that doesn't require patch material on large holes is pretty rare.
