Title: Pizza guy foils 3 out of 5 robberies with gun-fu.
Post by: Perd Hapley on May 31, 2014, 03:26:15 PM
I thought others may find this of interest, as the gentleman has fired a weapon on three occasions, to defend himself; killing one and wounding three. And he seems to have connected with each shot.

Training. Training.  Training.

There is no magic caliber or gun or even practice.

Unless you've had training you can not and will not get in good practice.

As he said "100 rounds, a cloud of smoke, and 40 minutes of range time left on the clock."  All you are doing is turning money into smoke and noise.

Get some good training and then practice what you've learned.

The key part of his training was probably the being robbed all the time.

It probably also helped that he's got guts, and happened to be really close to his targets.

Plus, the type of people robbing the pizza guys are after a small quick score and aren't likely to stick around for a gun fight.
