Title: Johnny winters is d3ad at age 70
Post by: roo_ster on July 19, 2014, 08:36:39 AM: Winters was in reality the whitest man to ever play the blues due to his albinism. I enjoyed his work and actively listened to him a few years back.

I remember him being into heroin in the late 60's or early 70's. It was pretty scandalous at that time.

Bob F, thanks for mentioning Jonny Lang. I can't believe, with all the guitar forums I frequent, that I hadn't heard of him. He's fantastic.
