The Obama administration has quietly approved a substantial expansion of the terrorist watchlist system, authorizing a secret process that requires neither “concrete facts” nor “irrefutable evidence” to designate an American or foreigner as a terrorist, according to a key government document obtained by The Intercept.

I would bet my name causes consternation / runtime errors in whatever algo they use:

And I'm cleared up the wazoo....and they know it, and need it. Giggle...
Reminds me of one time not long after 9/11 I got pulled aside for a "random" detailed search at Logan airport (baggy jeans and a hoodie?) ...had a good laugh when Mr. LEO (pre TSA) asked me why I was flying to DC and I answered truthfully "I'm a counter-terror consultant doing a presentation to DOD on red-team results and current mass terror vulnerabilities, but hey, thanks for randomly searching me...want to try someone else?"
LEO was...not pleased.

I wish I would have recorded it. What made it all the better was it was a MA state cop doing the searching, dressed smartly in his "papers please" Gestapo pants/boots and everything.
More ironically, one of the things I was presenting was examples of REALLY bad things you could crash airplanes (even small ones) into that would make 9/11 seem like a particularly mild fart....or to quote Team America "it would be 9/11 times 2356..."
