http://www.businessinsider.com/starbucks-wants-its-baristas-to-talk-about-race-2015-3
Starbucks exec suggests barristas (of all genders) to start a discussion about race relations with customers.

Then closes down his Twitter account. (Gee, I wonder why.)
Is there something in the water that CEOs are served? Is there some sort of virus that inhabits board rooms like the Legionaire's bug staked out a claim for the water cooling towers?
Will zombies crave diseased/disfunctional brains?

This might lead to some confusion.... some might think its about NASCAR.
In college, there was some sort of freshman orientation fair that I was herded into which contained many booths with representatives from student organizations. Not being politically astute but conservative anyway, I went over to the 'Campus Greens' booth and struck up a conversation about golfing and inquired about what golf courses were in the area, having no idea that they were the 'green party' and thinking they had something to do with golf.

I think the idea of a color blind society was lost somewhere along the way. To many people getting rich stirring up race controversy.

It sounds like the Dem's suggestion that its minions discuss Obamacare over the Thanksgiving table. [barf]

"Look, I realize that this is an order from up on high and all, but if you could just sell me the overpriced coffee drink I asked for and move on to your next customer, you'll actually make this sale. If not, you won't. Okay?"

It almost makes me want to go into starbucks and get asked about race.
I can start with the DEMOCRATS who were pro slavery in the 1850s, to the DEMOCRATS of the KKK and Jim Crow laws, the DEMOCRAT FDR who herded blacks into urban concentration camps called 'housing projects' to the DEMOCRAT Johnson's cynical words on the Civil Rights Act.
Please start a discussion about race with me in public.

I heard a radio parody this morning. A barrista decides to have a race conversation with a man named David. They have a pleasant conversation and the barrista is so happy, he gives the man his coffee for free and asks him what his full name is. "My name is Duke, David Duke."
I think the people who want to have a conversation about race don't want a frank and honest conversation.

The ONLY discussion I want to have with my barrista is if I want room for cream in my dark roast.

I think they're going to succeed in chasing a lot of customers back to Dunkin' Donuts, or Panera Bread.
