Just finished the first (of likely very many) TeamViewer sessions with Mom. Accomplished in ten minites what would have taken at least an hour of frustration and ten-counts in the past.

Hopefully you set it to start with Windows, and set your own password... It really is a wonderful tool. I've used it at a client's 1200 miles away running on a Linux live cd to recover data from a corrupted Windows install. For extra fun, install it on your phone and "haunt" her PC occasionally.

Set it up to launch on an icon-click on Mom's end. Lets her feel like she's maintaining control. Was the only way I could talk her into the setup.
