How dare they start without him!
I guess this is what comes of being demoted to #3.
Far better for some aide to quietly announce "He's in the crapper and asks you to proceed without him" and then stand outside the door till it's over than to pull the stunt he did.
And may I add to your list:

Doesn't he have some sort of protocol wonk traveling with him?
Isn't one of the jobs of the Secret Service to keep the President from looking like an ass?

Related: I recently started watching the new Flash, and although entertaining, I have all kinds of problems with it. (Not just the bad science gaffs, which are legion)
My latest is what kind of moron cannot hide his disdain for someone when he needs them to believe everything is normal to further his own ends. There can't be people like that, right?
And now I see, of course, there are people who cannot control their emotions.

What the hell? There's no context, so maybe I'm wrong, but it sounds like he's blaming everyone but the terrorists for terrorist actions again.
Related note, I read that not a single person on the dem debate stage Saturday would say the words radical Islam as related to the Paris attacks.
And to get back on topic, his being late to everything has always bugged the hell out of me. It shows total disrespect. This though - there is no way his people didn't know about this moment of silence. Someone who claims to care about victims (of "workplace violence" or whatever) should have been there early, to show leadership.

The last time around, with the Charlie Hebdo shooting, was worse. Obama sent James Taylor to sing "You've Got A Friend". That's a real slap in the face.
He and his people are just clueless when it comes to foreign affairs. And the economy. And the Constitution. And working with Congress. And energy policy. And veterans affairs. And the IRS. I guess they're just plain clueless.

I disagree. I think he is purposely insulting to our allies, does understand economics, constitutional law (He was a constitutional law lecturer, was he not?), IRS, and everything else.
He is purposely trying to take down America.
There is no way mere incompetence and cluelessness can be the reason why he does the wrong thing 100% of the time (well, except keeping the pope waiting).

I'll agree it's not all incompetence and cluelessness - much of it is part of his "fundemental change". Keeping someone waiting though, only to bow to them when you meet, seems to be in the "incompetent" column. I'm pretty sure most foreign leaders (maybe excepting some third world despots) see it as a greater sign of respect to not keep them waiting like a lackey, versus bowing to them and looking like an ass when you finally show up.
This is not to say there may be times when there is a sensitive emergency that would interfere with a US President's schedule. That should be somewhat rare though. I'm sure previous presidents have been late on occasion, but I can't recall a single past president that's been late to pretty much everything (except his golf game).

Early in his presidency, my boss nearly went apoplectic over a few of Obama's early goofs. She had worked for the State Department in foreign countries and she knows how seriously protocol is taken and how much they work with anyone representing the States while in a foreign country.
I seriously thought her head would explode during his first visit to England.
However, at this point? I think we all just expect him to be a jackass. This is just yet another example of how the world apparently revolves around Obama instead of the sun. ;/

Back when JFK was in office my dad was NOT a fan and wasn't afraid to share his opinion on the subject. Very soon after JFK was killed, dad was in a bar in Texas not that far from Dallas and someone who knew him well decided to say "hey Al, looks like ya missed yer chance!" Dad laughed it off and changed the subject. The next day we had "visitors" at the house. Men in black cars wearing black suits asking lots of questions. When they opened dad's car trunk they were put out about the high powered rifle and ammo there. Ya see, dad worked as a varmint hunter on the side on the area ranches. The guys in the black suits were very hard to persuade that was all it was there for. That was a Looooooong day.

I agree (even though I don't own one since they are so readily available on the internet).
The though comes from recognizing that they offer a down and dirty shortcut. I'm not going to waste time writing a treatise on his either lack of understanding of the niceties of diplomacy or his intentional effort to destroy what's left of America's reputation internationally. Or why the personal satisfaction of kicking him in the jimmies will do nothing to improve anything - not even my disgust.

Gordon Brown got the dvds that wouldn't play in his region. Not that it really mattered, he's mostly blind anyway. The Blairs brought the Obama girls dresses from Top Shop, a very high end dress shop in London. The Obamas reciprocated with some plastic helicopters that an aid ran to get at the White House gift shop.
