Title: TODAY IS DOOMSDAY . . .
Post by: HankB on January 27, 2016, 03:44:09 PM
. . . according to Al Gore, who a decade ago predicted that we only had 10 years to save the planet.

The Doomsday Clock based on this Nobel Prize winner's prediction began on January 27, 2006 and finally ticked down to "0" today.

It's at the bottom of the right hand column . . . http://www.rushlimbaugh.com/ (http://www.rushlimbaugh.com/)

And here's the story of the Doomsday Clock's origin . . . http://www.rushlimbaugh.com/daily/2006/01/27/algore_we_have_ten_years_left_before_earth_cooks (http://www.rushlimbaugh.com/daily/2006/01/27/algore_we_have_ten_years_left_before_earth_cooks)

Say goodbye . . .

Hey, he said we have until today to reverse it and then we have no hope. Well, they say it's still going on, so there's nothing we can do to save the world now.

Looks like it's time to do away with all the global warming crap holding back the economy!

So he apparently said we had ten years before we reach a "point of no return."

So I guess we can scrap all the cap-and-trade/Kyoto/carbon credit schemes. It won't help now.

Algore measures time in inverse dog years.  So he really meant 70 regular human-years.
