The political majority in Quebec seems to worship more at the throne of Paris than of Ottawa.

51st and 52nd states?  Probably BC and Sask.

Most Canucks I've met seem like nice folks, but their government is even weirder than ours.

Don't want BC, sure its nice there but its California north. My cousin lives in a suburb of Vancouver, apparently there's an auto accident every 31 seconds. Its bad enough that they put in drive through insurance appraisal centers. Huge heroine problems too, started with the massive influx of immigrants they got when Hong Kong was going back to the Chinese. Hard core socialist type society. We want Alberta, its Texas North. Lots of oil and cowboys. Gotta like the Calgary stampede.
