If he switches from the Dems to the Repubs will he still be allowed to vote? Is he a US Citizen? While the Dems would welcome him, in fact let him vote multiple times, I am not so sure about the other party. ;)

He does have a US based "consulting" firm as well as a store in Niarobi where he lives (I think).

What a cunundrum.
