Protestors gather to "Abolish the Police"

Were I mayor, you bet your sweet bippy I'd have that question on the very next ballot.  Areas that vote "No Police", you got it.  Don't even bother to call 911 for anything.  Because I can just about guarantee that if the police aren't going there, then EMS/Fire ain't going there either....

I would say make them watch Escape from New York, but that probably has too many white people in it.  Probably the same for Warriors.

I like to think that no; they simply mean the present structure is filled with corruption/incompetence/racism ect and they want new and upstanding folks to replace the role... but no... that isn't what is wanted. They want to abolish the police.

Meh. It's not as if anarchy reined, prior to our having professional police forces. Not that I want to abolish police, but it's not an insane idea.

Given the yootoob videos I see of thieves getting the ever-loving crap beat out of them in 3rd world countries, perhaps our police are really protecting THEM from US?

Besides, if there are no LEOs, that would make the current anarchotyranny harder to implement and keep going.
