WAY back in the late 70s, I found that pot made me want to screw, eat and sleep, pretty much in that order. Alcohol just made the room spin a lot.

They are right. I'll just say when I was much younger I spent a number of years following the Greatful Dead around the east coast on tour and at the time I didn't drink alcohol and leave it at that ...

Pretty much. After all, I can remember several times being drunk enough that no part of me could stand up.

It was over 40 years ago, but I do remember sex while stoned being better than sex with alcohol involved. I'd love to get stoned now for it, but just for the added sensation. I have no desire to be high.

I will have some to improve my sleep life. I swear, it's the only thing I've ever had that I just lay down and go to sleep. Not groggy in the morning, sleep the night through. Perfection.
It's the only thing I miss about have the super stoner boyfriend. :'(

Nope. Me neither. Plenty of drunk sex, or drunk enough to have a nice buzz. There was a woman I spent some time with who swore sex on coke was the best thing ever. I passed.

Maybe a really casual user, but someone who's hit it hard isn't going to be doing the sexy time. A guy I, uhhhh... dated used to occasionally do coke. There were a few nights where I almost beat him, because I would come over, but he had such a bad case of creepy crawlies he couldn't take being touched.

Maybe, maybe not. I sat on a Special Court Martial Board where a kid popped positive for coke. Said the woman (who he could not ID) rubbed the coke in an intimate spot before oral sex and that was why he popped positive. Hell, it was *nearly* believable. He got a Big Chicken Dinner (BCD = Bad Conduct Discharge) and some time at the Red Line brig for his part in the tryst.

You'd think that would be enough to convince the DEA, CDC, FDA, DOJ, EPA, FCC, ATF, ABC, DEF, GHI, JKL, MNO, PQR, STU, VWX, and YZ Agencies to change their positions on it.
By "positions," I mean "regulations." Not, you know, "positions."

I can't because of DOT/FAA regs. Once I'm done flossin' and flyin' this mofo, I might give the Devil's weed a try. Or maybe I'll go full on JamisJockey mode and get the hookers and blow, too.

The stupid part is pretty much everyone knows just how absurd that is. Pot isn't heroin, not even close. I'm not sure there is even one documented case of someone dying from overdosing on it, overdosing generally being paranoid or falling asleep. Alcohol is statistically way more dangerous that marijuana.
I can accept that some think it should be illegal, I'd disagree, but can accept their opinion. This though is just a government agency flat out lying despite all evidence to the contrary.

The Washington Supreme Court has ruled that an employer can discharge an employee for marijuana use, either medical or recreational. We still test all applicants and do tests for cause.

I can see how a stoned person could have a better time than a drunk person. Been drunk but never stoned. While drunk, my body is all out of wack. Not exactly enjoyable for sex time.

Tried pot a long time ago. Didn't like it. Maybe it was just lousy weed, but never tried it again, even since it's been locally legal.

I haven't touched it since the 70s and am so "Type A" that I simply don't like not being "in control of myself" or "high" and that's one reason I took myself off Pain Management. When I drank as a YOUNG teen, it was due to peer pressure. Pretty much the same for pot. That and the stress I was under at the time.

AFAIK, overdosing on weed is a physiological impossibility. You would have to smoke several pounds in the span of minutes.

It can be done with edibles.

You have to define what you mean by overdosing. If it includes death you would need to consume the equivalent of several hundred pounds of cannabis, again in a very sort timespan. Not do-able outside of laboratory conditions.
