How well does he have to know Europe if his plan is to ignore it and focus on the United States for a change? Besides, Reagan came into office with zero foreign policy experience, too. (Of course, so did Bubba and Obama.)

I thought Belgium is where Germany and England meet every few decades to iron out their differences...
